Terms of service

I. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTs”) govern the purchase contract concluded via the online store at www.bftvmerch.com between the seller, Pelmet s.r.o. (IČO: 28447280, DIČ: CZ28447280, registered seat: Na okraji 381/41, 162 00 Praha – Veleslavín, Czech Republic), and the purchaser (either a consumer or entrepreneur).

A consumer is any individual not acting within the scope of their business activity. An entrepreneur is any person acting in connection with their trade, business, or profession.

By placing an order, the purchaser confirms they have read and agreed to these GTs, including the Complaints Procedure, Payment & Delivery terms, and Withdrawal Instructions.

The purchaser acknowledges that buying products from Pelmet does not grant rights to use Pelmet’s or its partners’ trademarks or logos unless agreed otherwise.

II. Information Before Conclusion of Contract

• No extra fees for remote communication beyond your provider’s rates.
  
• Full payment is required before dispatch.
  
• Prices shown include VAT and legal fees; shipping costs vary by method.
  
• Personal pickup is free.
  
• Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery (special conditions apply to multi-part or recurring deliveries).
  
• Withdrawal must be sent to Pelmet’s registered address or eshop@bftvmerch.com.
  
• Some products cannot be returned (custom, perishable, mixed goods, hygiene-sensitive unsealed goods, specific leisure services).
  

III. Contract Conclusion

Contracts are formed when the purchaser submits an order and Pelmet confirms it via email.
Changes or cancellations require mutual agreement or legal grounds.
The contract is governed by Czech law, in Czech language (Czech version prevails).
Contracts are archived for at least 5 years and not made available to third parties.

IV. Rights from Defective Performance & Warranty

• Consumers: 24 months (12 for used goods) to claim defects.
  
• Entrepreneurs: rights per applicable law.
  
• Complaints must follow the Complaints Procedure (part of these GTs).
  

V. Withdrawal from Contract

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Goods must be returned at the consumer’s expense, in original condition, preferably in original packaging.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt or proof of return.
Gifts included with goods must also be returned; otherwise, their value will be deducted.
Both parties may withdraw before delivery without reason.

VI. Privacy Policy

We process personal data (name, address, email, phone, IP, order history) for account administration and contract fulfillment.
Data is stored for 5 years after the last order.
Data may be processed by trusted third parties (e.g., carriers).
You have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your data.
Cookies may be used for service improvement; you can block them via browser settings.

VII. Operating Hours

E-shop operates 24/7.
Orders placed by 10:00 on working days are usually shipped the same day (within CZ).

VIII. Prices

Prices are final and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Errors in pricing allow Pelmet to withdraw from the contract.

IX. Orders and Payment Methods

Orders may be placed via the e-shop or by emailing eshop@bftvmerch.com.

Payment options:

• Shoptet Pay Gateway – secure online payments by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and online bank transfers.
  
• Bank transfer – advance payment by transfer to our bank account; the goods are dispatched after the payment is credited.
  

X. Delivery Conditions

We deliver through the following carriers: Packeta, DPD, DHL.
Depending on the country of delivery, the order form will show available carriers and prices.
Delivery time is 1–30 days from handover to the carrier.
Personal pickup is free of charge.

The purchaser must inspect packages upon receipt and report damage immediately to the carrier and Pelmet.

XI. Consumer Protection

If a dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may contact:

XII. Final Provisions

Effective from Aug 22, 2025 (as updated with Pelmet’s details).
These terms replace all previous versions.
